Booking a bicycle tour with us is easy. Finalize a tour from our list of cycling holidays and send us an email at contact@periplustravel.com . We will revert within 24 hours informing you about the availability.

Or, discuss a custom bicycle tour program with us by sending us an email giving information such as no. of people, if you have a particular region of India in mind, and an indication of your budget. We will work out a suitable cycling itinerary for your perusal. Do not hesitate about asking us for revisions. Our custom cycling journeys are planned after exhaustive discussions on the most-suitable and best available options for your peculiar travel needs. It is your hard-earned holiday after all.

Once you have finalized the itinerary and dates, we will make hotel bookings for you. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE NON-CHANGEABLE TRAVEL PLANS UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FROM US.

BOOK A BICYCLE TOUR

To book your bicycle tour, we will email you a booking form and request you to pay 25% of the total amount. The remaining amount is payable 60 days before the date of travel for regular tours and 90 days before the date of travel for peak-period tours between Dec 20 and Jan 10. Payment can be made through Credit Card (Master & VISA) or via bank wire transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our tour cancellation charges are as follows:

• If the tour is cancelled 61 days or more before the start of the tour, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as Cancellation Charges.
• If the tour is cancelled within 60-31 days of the start of the tour, 40% of the total tour cost will be charged as Cancellation Charges
• If the tour is cancelled within 30-16 days of the start of the tour, 60% of the total tour cost will be charged as Cancellation Charges
• If the tour is cancelled within 15-6 days of the start of the tour, 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as Cancellation Charges
• If the tour is cancelled within 5 days of the start of the tour, 90% of the total tour cost will be charged as Cancellation Charges

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• There is no refund for arriving late, leaving a trip early, or cancellation of your international flight.
• We reserve the right to make route and accommodation modifications if the situation demands.
• In case we cancel a trip, all payments received will be fully refunded.
• If you need to postpone your departure, you can request us for the same. Previous tour cancellation charges, if applicable as mentioned above, will be advised to you.
• We reserve the right to remove any member of the group during the trip if we feel that person's conduct is not compatible with other trip members.
• We are not liable for bodily injury or property damage as a result of physical exertion for which a guest is not prepared; forces of nature; travel by plane, train, car or bicycle.
